Enjo + GDPR

Troopr Labs, Inc. ("Troopr", "us", "we", or "our") operates the Troopr and Enjo applications (the "Service"). Troopr takes the data handling of our EU customers seriously. ​

We have updated our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Service to reflect our compliance with the GDPR requirements. We have also made available a compliant Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for our customers.​

Troopr fully adheres to the spirit and the letter of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Troopr meets the requirements called out by the US Department of Commerce Privacy Shield program. Find us here.​

Troopr does not process PCI data, but uses a third party for payment purposes.

Subprocessor

To support delivery of our services, Troopr uses data processors with access to certain customer data (referred to as subprocessor).​

We enter into GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with each sub-processor, extending GDPR safeguards everywhere personal data is processed.​
